Our services

Practical support, shaped around you.

Everyone's starting point is different. You might want more confidence leaving home, support with daily routines, stronger social connections or a pathway towards work. We take time to understand your priorities and agree on practical steps together.

Support options depend on your individual needs, suitable funding and our team's availability. We discuss the arrangements and costs with you before services begin.

NDIS community access, mentoring and recovery coaching

Whether you are looking for an NDIS mentor, a psychosocial recovery coach or NDIS community access support to get out and try new things, our support workers help people across Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, Tweed Heads, the Gold Coast, the Northern Rivers and Melbourne.

Service 01

Community Access & Connection

Getting out and about can open up opportunities for friendship, enjoyment and independence. We support you to take part in your community in ways that match your interests and comfort level.

Support may include

  • Connecting with nature through bushwalking, hiking and exploring local parks.
  • Enjoying fishing, swimming and beach outings.
  • Building confidence to try new outdoor activities at your own pace.
  • Attending community events, social groups and local activities.
  • Exploring hobbies, volunteering and new interests.
  • Support to participate in exercise and recreation.
  • Practising public transport and planning familiar journeys.
  • Building confidence with shopping, appointments and everyday interactions.
  • Taking gradual steps towards doing more independently.

Your goal might be attending a weekly activity, catching the bus with greater confidence or feeling more comfortable meeting new people.

Service 02

Daily Living & Independence

Everyday tasks can feel more manageable with the right support. We work alongside you to build skills, establish routines and make progress at a pace that suits you.

Support may include

  • Planning meals, grocery shopping and cooking.
  • Building routines for cleaning, laundry and looking after your home.
  • Prompts and encouragement around personal routines.
  • Organising appointments, documents and weekly commitments.
  • Practising everyday budgeting and shopping skills.
  • Breaking larger tasks into smaller, achievable steps.

We focus on your involvement and choices, adjusting the level of assistance to what you need.

Service 03

Individualised Living Options (ILO)

ILO is a flexible way of designing where and how you live. Instead of fitting into a set model, we work with you to explore what home could look like for you, whether that's living with a host household, sharing with a housemate, or living in your own place with support around you.

Support may include

  • Explore your options and what matters most to you at home.
  • Design a support arrangement that suits your needs, routines and preferences.
  • Find and match with the right people.
  • Set up and settle into your new arrangement, with regular check-ins as things change.

ILO needs to be included in your NDIS plan. If you're not sure whether it's right for you, get in touch and we can talk it through with you or your support coordinator.

Service 04

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery means different things to different people. Our approach starts with what a meaningful life looks like for you: your interests, relationships, routines and hopes for the future.

Support may include

  • Exploring your strengths and identifying recovery goals.
  • Developing a practical recovery plan together.
  • Building skills to manage everyday challenges.
  • Connecting with relevant community and support services.
  • Working with your chosen support network, with your consent.
  • Reviewing progress and adapting your goals as circumstances change.

Recovery coaching supports your everyday life and recovery goals. It does not replace clinical mental health treatment or emergency support.

Service 05

Employment & Work Readiness

Work can offer purpose, connection and greater independence. We support you to explore what interests you and develop practical skills for taking the next step towards employment.

Support may include

  • Exploring strengths, interests and possible work directions.
  • Building routines, confidence and communication skills.
  • Preparing a résumé and practising interviews.
  • Support to explore suitable jobs, training or volunteering.
  • Practising travel to and from work.
  • Building organisation and problem-solving skills for working life.

Where appropriate, we can also help you explore a small-business idea and identify the skills and specialist advice you may need.

Support is tailored to your disability-related needs and suitable funding. Employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
